Kaiatawhai/Social Work training

In May, the Tāmaki Makaurau Kaiatawhai/Social Work team gathered for four days’ training, facilitated by Bex Staples, the Key Assets Kaituitui/Therapeutic Practice Lead. The content focused on understanding trauma and how to apply the three pillars of Safety, Connection, and Coping to enable traumatised mokopuna to heal and grow.
