Key Assets welcomes new Director, Wayne Ferguson
From the very beginning of Key Assets and for 10 years now, Director Angie Simpson has been at the helm. Angie’s passion and commitment to children has always shone through and represents what Key Assets stands for.
Angie announced her retirement in 2016 and in May this year handed over leadership to Wayne Ferguson. Angie’s last day was 12 May and we wish her the very best in her future endeavours.
Wayne Ferguson has been the Assistant Director in New Zealand since 2010 and the Director of the Melbourne operations, assisting in the set-up of Key Assets in Victoria during 2016.
Wayne Ferguson holds a Bachelor of Social Science, Honors Degree in Psychology from the University of Natal and a Master of Science in Family and Systemic Psychotherapy from the University of Bristol.
Wayne holds 25 years of experience in the NGO sector leading service development for vulnerable children and their families. Wayne has held multiple roles within Key Assets across a number of regions including the U.K, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
We would like to give Wayne a warm welcome and look forward to supporting both Wayne and Key Assets in making a positive and lasting difference to lives of vulnerable children and young people.
