Key Care Team

Key Care Team is our unique approach to fostering and involves foster carers and professionals working together in the best interests of the child.

It’s been at the heart of our work with children and young people from the very beginning and it’s achieved a really good reputation with government bodies across the world.

Our team

Our Key Care Team approach brings together a flexible, responsive team of professionals to meet the complex therapeutic needs of children and young people.

By working together, we can ensure that issues from the past do not damage the future outcomes of looked after children.

Working with foster carers

As a foster carer, you’re an integral part of our Key Care Team approach and will work with social workers, therapists and a range of other professionals to ensure that the child in your care receives the right level of support for their needs.

Your Key Care Team support network includes:

  • Regular visits and phone contact from a dedicated and qualified social worker
  • Therapeutic support to you and the child or young person in your care
